Where can you go for support?

In times of crisis, it’s important to reach out if you are feeling you need a hand. This can be difficult while practising social distancing. We can no longer physically lean on friends or family who don’t live with us – receive a hug or shoulder to cry on. But there is still help available, albeit at a safe distance.
