Dr Hossam El-Haddad (BDS, FRACDS, DCD (Melb), MRACDS (Pros))
Dr Hossam is a specialist prosthodontist practising at Prosthodontics Plus in Moonee Ponds and Prosthodontic Group in Melbourne CBD. He graduated from Ain Shams University, Cairo, in 2006 and moved to Australia in 2010 for advanced training.
He attained Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in 2015 and completed his Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics at the University of Melbourne in 2018. His doctoral research focused on novel CAD-CAM materials in full-arch implant dentistry and was published in the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants.
Hossam is a lecturer and clinical supervisor at Melbourne Dental School, where he coordinates the implant component of the DDS program. He is a Fellow of the ITI, a member of the ADA and AOS, a reviewer for the Australian Dental Journal, and a committee member of the Australian Prosthodontic Society.
