She also teaches leadership and confidence. Dr Surace has a background in positive psychology, emotional intelligence and neurolinguistic programming. She uses her skills to help dentists become more resilient, handle stress, and achieve a good balance of work and life. Toni is a huge advocate of mental health in the dental profession. After suffering from her own personal battles with mental health, she is very open to discussing coping mechanisms, and raising awareness of the signs and symptoms of mental health disease.

Mr Michael Waycott

Mr Waycott has provided specialist accounting and financial advice to the medical profession since 1998. Holding a Bachelor of Business degree and a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning), he is also a member of the National Institute of Accountants. Mr Waycott regularly speaks on financial matters with RACS (Royal Australian College of Surgeons) and other medical associations around Australia.

Mr Ricky Caldow

Since establishing his firm’s Melbourne office in 2006, he has advised clients on major technology projects, innovative and greenfield business models, acquisitions, divestments and commercial partnerships and relationships. Mr Fitzgerald's background also includes extensive experience in banking and finance, having acted for major Australian banks and financial institutions.

Mr Fitzgerald has been recognised in the Best Lawyers Australia for his expertise in commercial law since 2021.

Mr Emanuel Recupero

Emanuel Recupero is a well-known innovator and provider of dental education. He used his extensive marketing experience to create an internationally recognised brand, Dental Ed. He had seen many practices and met thousands of dentists from around the world, when he realised that they all share the same concerns about economic changes and powerful corporate organisations monopolising the dental industry. In response to this, he has developed unique tools to help attract more patients, increase productivity, and keep practices competitive and prospering in the new competitive age.
