Speakers
Ezio Nania
Ezio Nania is a Certified Financial Planner® with 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment with the Securities Institute, a Diploma of Financial Planning, and is an accredited Self Managed Superannuation Fund specialist.
Ezio commenced his career with the Commonwealth Bank and led the financial planning team within the Private Banking division for several years, before establishing Moneywise with his current partners in 2003. He is a founder and shareholder of Moneywise and Chair of the Investment Committee.
Ezio was instrumental in developing the relationship with the Australian Dental Association Victoria Branch (ADAVB) in 2005 and advised on their corporate super plan. Moneywise is still the financial services firm of choice for the ADAVB and its members.
This relationship continues today with Ezio providing ongoing content, presentations and newsletters for dentists and specialists to maximise their wealth, tax planning, and retirement needs.
Ezio’s passion is to assist and provide stewardship to medical professionals by delivering quality advice that improves their financial independence and lifestyles. His understanding of medical specialists' financial needs has, over many years, provided them with a high level of guidance and comfort.
David Giles
David Giles has built a deep knowledge and understanding over the last 20 years of the range of different tax opportunities, challenges and affairs that dentists in all types of employment and ownership structures face.
David has a proven track record of advising on maximizing their employment, tax deduction and business affairs that ranges from assisting graduates in public practice with salary packaging to advising dentists who are setting up or buying a business.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in accounting from Deakin University and is also a qualified Tax Agent.
