Dr Nik Saha
Dr Saha is an accomplished oral and maxillofacial surgeon with 17 years of rigorous training. He holds a dental degree from the University of Melbourne, a medical degree from Monash University, and a Master of Surgery from the University of Sydney. He completed specialist training across Victoria's leading hospitals including Royal Melbourne Hospital, Royal Children's Hospital, Austin Health, Monash Health, Western Health, and Barwon Health. Dr Saha is the immediate past Director of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery teaching at the Melbourne Dental School, University of Melbourne, and is a consultant surgeon at Monash Health specialising in complex facial injury reconstruction He is one of the few surgeons in Australia performing TMJ arthroscopy and complete TMJ alloplastic joint replacement.
A/Prof Seth Delpachitra
Associate Professor Seth Delpachitra is a highly accomplished oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a distinguished career spanning clinical practice, academic leadership, and military service. He completed fellowships in facial trauma and orthognathics at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, and a paediatric and craniofacial fellowship through Epworth Hospital. A/Prof Delpachitra holds consultant surgeon positions at Royal Melbourne Hospital and Barwon Health. He authored the seminal textbook "Principles of Dentoalveolar Extractions" and numerous peer-reviewed articles. He holds an MBA from Imperial College London and serves as a Squadron Leader in the Royal Australian Air Force.
